ALL CORRESPONDENCE NEEDS TO BE DIRECTED THROUGH THE NEW PORTAL. FAILURE TO USE NEW PORTAL MAY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT DELAYS.  

If you would like to request access to our new patient portal before your next appointment, please call 252-413-6281 or visit www.physicianseast.com. Select the Current Patient option, then click Request a Login and complete the request form. Portal access requests are typically processed within two business days. Patients who do not request access before their appointment will receive an invitation to enroll in the portal during their next office visit.
