We have transitioned from the ezAccess portal to the PxP portal.  

The ezAccess portal is view only.  You will need to use the new PxP portal to request refills, ask provider questions, update your personal information and pay bills.

At your office visit, you will receive an invitation to join the portal.  If you would like to request an invite to the new portal prior to your appointment, you may call 252-413-6281 or visit our website at www.physicianseast.com, click on the current patient option then request a log in and complete the request form.  We will process requests within two business days.
